Cardi B Officially Calls Off Divorce from Offset Weeks After Public Reconciliation

Cardi B filed for divorce in mid-September, but the two appeared to reconcile in early October

Cardi B has officially called off her divorce from Offset.

On Monday, a Fulton County, Georgia judge dismissed the case "without prejudice" nearly two months after the "WAP" rapper, 28, filed for divorce from the Migos member, 28. They were originally set to appear in court later this week.

The officialized news comes with no surprise as the couple — both parents to Kulture Kiari, 2 — has spent time together since Cardi B's birthday in early October.

On Oct. 15, Cardi B took to Twitter after insinuating that the two were back together. She also spent the last month defending her husband from upset fans online. (She has since deleted her Twitter account.)

"If I want to go to an extreme to teach a n— a f—ing lesson and f—ing file for divorce, I could do that," she said in an audio clip. "It's my life. I'm not getting no f—ing abuse."

"If we work things out, we sit down and work things out and I tell a n— what I don't like and what I want to change when he tells me what he wants me to change what he wants me to stop doing," she added.

The "Bodak Yellow" star ended the two-part audio clip by saying that the two are "work[ing] things out little by little slowly."

While celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas, the two were spotted kissing. Offset also shared a video on his Instagram in which he called Cardi his "girl." The weekend-long celebration came after Offset commented "I miss MRS. WAP" to a fan.

Cardi filed for divorce from Offset in September, saying their marriage was "irretrievably broken" and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation," reportedly after finding out the rapper had been unfaithful yet again, PEOPLE confirmed at the time.

"I didn't wait until he cheated on me again," she said on OnlyFans in late September. "I didn't wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave."

Cardi also denied rumors claiming that the two separated because he "got a girl pregnant," however PEOPLE did confirm that the split happened after she reportedly found out he had been unfaithful.

This wasn't the first instance of infidelity from the Migos rapper. In January 2018, Cardi outwardly confirmed Offset was at the center of a sex tape cheating scandal after rumors of a video and alleged liaison with another woman surfaced in December 2017, three months after the couple married.

"No, it's not right for a [n—] to cheat…But what you want me to do?" Cardi wrote in a tweet at the time. "Go f— me another n—? Start all over again and get cheated on again? This s— happens to everyone and I be too, you too…People handle they relationship different soo."
