Car show, concert by ShaK headline festivities at JeromeFest on July 20

Jeromesville will host its annual JeromeFest on Saturday, July 29, highlighted by the car show and lawn chair concert. All activities take place in Lewis Memorial Park.

The car show will run from 3:30-6 p.m. with plaques presented to the first 50 cars. Food will be provided 3:30-6:30 p.m.

From 4-7 p.m. ShaK will perform an eclectic assortment of classic rock, folk and country hits that range from the '50s to the '80s. Band members are of Dean Kastran, Roger Semer and Robin Holthouse.

Kastran was a founding member of The Ohio Express, a pop band formed in Mansfield in 1967. He currently is a member of The Cyrkle, with hits such as “Red, Rubber, Ball.”

The Kenneth Wise Historical Museum will be open with a special display of Jeromesville School memorabilia.

The day will include a silent auction with proceeds going toward the Lions Club Scholarship Funds and various Lions’ projects.
