Capital One facing scrutiny after an alleged hacker gained access to more than 100 million customers' accounts and credit card applications. The person charged in connection with the breach is a 33-year-old software developer named Paige Thompson -- who formerly worked for amazon web services. She's been accused of gaining access to 140,000 social security numbers, 1 million Canadian social insurance numbers, 80,000 bank account numbers and 106 million credit card applications.
