Capital One’s data breach could ‘exceed $300 million by the time it’s all said and done’

Capital One facing scrutiny after an alleged hacker gained access to more than 100 million customers' accounts and credit card applications. The person charged in connection with the breach is a 33-year-old software developer named Paige Thompson -- who formerly worked for amazon web services. She's been accused of gaining access to 140,000 social security numbers, 1 million Canadian social insurance numbers, 80,000 bank account numbers and 106 million credit card applications. Cybersecurity expert and Senior Fellow at the Center of Digital Government, Morgan Wright joins Yahoo Finance's Akiko Fujita.
