Candid New Photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Gives Massive Insight into Their Marriage

As a royals reporter, having observed the Sussexes for their almost six years of marriage, I can honestly say I think Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are still very much in love—and these new photos are proof.
On April 12, the royal couple attended a polo match at The USPA National Polo Center in Wellington, Florida. The Duke of Sussex led his team (the Royal Salute Sentebale) to victory as they defeated the Grand Champions team during the 2024 Royal Salute Polo Challenge.
According to Newsweek, the tournament was held to raise funds for the royal spare’s Sentebale charity, which he co-founded back in 2006 (with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho) to help the young people of Lesotho and Botswana affected by HIV/AIDS.

Following his triumph, Markle presented her husband with the championship trophy—and you don’t need to be a body language expert to see their affection for each other was on full display. In a photo snapped below, the Suits alum playfully looks at the hubby as she hands over the trophy and he smiles back at her. Just the way they look at each other is so cheery and genuine, showing a sincere playfulness in their marriage.

And I couldn’t help but smile at another snap of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showing PDA as they share a victory kiss during the awards ceremony. For the occasion, Markle, 42, rocked a flattering white halter dress with gold earrings. Meanwhile, Prince Harry, 39, sported his polo uniform.

And I can’t forget to mention this sweet pic, which shows Prince Harry standing beside his wife (who is smiling proudly) and the rest of his Royal Salute Sentebale teammates while they hold the winning trophy.

Other celebs attending the polo match included Serena Williams, who has been a dear friend to the royal couple for a long time.
