Campbell baseball vs. Georgia Tech in NCAA Knoxville Regional: Live score updates

Campbell fought out of the losers bracket to sweep a championship doubleheader last weekend against Charleston Southern and win its sixth Big South tournament title.

Up next for the Fighting Camels (40-17) is a sixth NCAA Tournament appearance.

Campbell drew the No. 3 seed in the Knoxville Regional, home of No. 1 overall seed Tennessee.

The Camels will open play Friday at noon against No. 2 seed Georgia Tech (34-22). The game will be broadcast on ESPN+. Alabama State earned the fourth and final seed for Knoxville.

Campbell redshirt sophomore Zach Neto hit .438 with six RBIs in the Big South tournament to win the MVP award. He even pitched the final 1.2 innings of a win over USC Upstate to earn a save.

More hot bats heading into regionals include Campbell's Connor Denning and Bryce Arnold, with Jarrod Belbin, Waldy Arias and Denning on the Big South all-tournament team alongside pitchers Cade Kuehler and Ty Cummings.

The Camels hit the 40-win mark this season for the first time since 2014, and they're making a fourth straight NCAA tournament appearance.
