Cameron Mitchell Restaurants Opens Valentina's in Bridge Park
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants' anticipated new Northern Italian restaurant, Valentina's, opened on Tuesday at 4595 Bridge Park Ave. in Dublin.
Inspired by the Italian countryside, the menu at Valentina's features traditional recipes, including pasta dishes, pizza and wood-fired steaks. Menu highlights include the house-made mozzarella bar, rigatoni bolognese, Noble Cut Distillery "cellos," stonefruit sangria and chocolate EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) cake.
The menu also includes a wide variety of cocktails and wines, including zero-proof drinks and several options from Italy's Marchesi di Barolo winery, a maker of high-end Barolo wines.
Executive Chef Todd Kessler and General Manager Annie Bowlin lead the restaurant. Kessler has been with CMR for 11 years. Bowlin has been with CMR for 16 years and has held general manager roles at multiple concepts.
Earlier this year, the developer Edwards Companies announced it was working with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants on a new steakhouse concept dubbed Butcher & Rose, set to open in downtown Columbus next summer.
The restaurant group is also working with Crawford Hoying on a luxury boutique hotel at Bridge Park in Dublin, expected to open in 2026.
Happy hour at Valentina's is offered 4 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with $3 off cocktails, $4 select beers, $5 off antipasti and $7 select 6 oz. wines.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
