Caitlyn Jenner is speaking out against a Vermont school district’s decision to side with a transgender volleyball player after a group of her teammates complained about sharing a locker room.

In accordance with state policy, Randolph High School administrators sent the complainants to single-stall bathroom to change while allowing the trans athlete to continue using the facilities of her desired gender. Jenner, citing Vermont as a “socialist state,” said the decision is “out of whack” and “these things have to stop.”

“I just don’t think that that’s the best way to handle this thing,” she told Fox & Friends on Monday morning before blaming Democrats for politicizing “yet another minority group.”

“Here we go again. The left has hijacked and politicized yet another minority group in our wonderful country, the good old USA. And this time again, it’s trans people,” she said. “As a result of their radical left and their use of identity politics agenda, they’re really driving this country apart. I thought Joe Biden was supposed to be the great unifier, and all they’re doing is driving us apart.”

Jenner continued, saying that the trans athlete does have the right under Vermont law to be on the volleyball team and to use the locker room – but that other female athletes equally have the right to file a complaint about it.

“Now, does this trans girl have the right under Vermont law to be on the team and to use the locker room? Yes, she does. Do these girls have the right to comment and tell the school board how uncomfortable they are being in a locker room with basically a biological boy with a penis? Absolutely, they do,” she said. “And what is the school’s solution to this? Well, let’s ban the 10 girls who complain, the complainers, put them off in the corner in their own little part of the locker room and don’t do anything when it comes to this trans person. So honestly, everything is out of whack right now and these things have to stop.”

Asked how she would go about solving the complaint, Jenner suggested that it’s the trans student who should be sent to their own space to change, for fear of making other students uncomfortable.

“The trans person can obviously use a different area of the locker room and then everybody’s happy,” she said.
