Caitlyn Jenner Confronted By Khloé Kardashian About Comments on Kris
E! has released a preview clip of this weekend’s upcoming episode of I Am Cait. In it, Khloe Kardashian makes her debut on the show to confront Caitlyn Jenner about comments she made regarding her ex and Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner.
Caitlyn has publicly stated negative feelings about Kris. In her Vanity Fair cover story, Caitlyn said Kris often “… wasn’t very nice. … People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money … all that kind of stuff.”
Khloe bristled at Caitlyn’s depiction of texts from her about Kris as “tough,” saying, “Kim said that you said they were tough, and Kim read all of them, and then she was like, ‘These really weren’t that tough.’ I just said, ‘We don’t care what you’re doing.’ Like, meaning, we don’t care if you want to transition. We want to support you and be there for you. But we don’t think that that entails you speaking negatively about my mom.”
Khloe, clearly unhappy with Caitlyn, brought up Kylie and Kendall Jenner to make her point: “In our opinion, you don’t even need to mention our mom. Let’s focus on the actual cause here, and let’s not drag my mom through the mud. I would think you would come from a place of more compassion. Especially when you have two young daughters who are greatly affected by it. And that was really my premise for the text messages. And when you try to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about…” Jenner then interrupted, “Because you don’t know. You don’t know.”
