The moment capped a whirlwind night for the star, who tossed t-shirts to the crowd at halftime of the game, which saw the hometown team triumph in an overtime thriller, 121-118.

Before the game, Clark was honored with the opportunity to “rev” up Pacers fans by pumping the accelerator on a replica IndyCar.

“@Pacers fans, I know you're amazing. I hope to see you all this summer rooting on the Fever!" she said in a post on X.

Clark has an extra appreciation for the Pacers and their fans thanks in part to her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, who is a team assistant.

The former Iowa basketball player — who played under his father, head coach Fran McCaffery — enjoyed his own successful basketball career at the school, where he also played on Iowa’s baseball team.

After graduating with bachelor's degrees in political science and finance in May 2023, the 25-year-old landed the job with the Pacers.
