Champagne “is much more versatile than people might think,” Marcello said. “It can be enjoyed during meals and pairs well with fish, meat and many savory dishes” and “we appreciate the opportunity to offer this unique experience to our bubbly-loving guests.”

Café L’Europe’s Champagne dinner menu by executive chefs Alain Krauss and Benoit Delos starts with an appetizer of potato pancake with Imperial osetra caviar, smoked salmon and cream fraiche, followed by Maine sea scallops with porcini mushroom and white-truffle emulsion.

Poached Maine lobster in sauternes with tomato chutney and leek fondue; and beef tournedos Rossini with foie gras, sauce Perigueux and pommes soufflé are the next two courses.

Dessert: A fruit gratin with chocolate ganache and Champagne sabayon. For more information or to make reservation, call Café L’Europe at 561-655-4020 or visit www.cafeleurope.com.
