"Camp Bell is the theme,” Miller-Keyes tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I loved summer camp more than anything growing up, so we incorporated some camp themes throughout the weekend ... to really allow everyone to get to know each other.”

The wedding theme was a sentimental nod to Miller-Keyes' longtime love for summer camp and Unglert's late mother Debbie Bell, who died from breast cancer when he was a teenager.

In honor of her, the couple says they are planning to change their last name to Bell after the wedding.

“The whole weekend will be a perfect mix of us as a couple," Miller-Keyes says.

In exclusive photographs shared with PEOPLE from the trip, that were taken by Carter Rose, Miller-Keyes and Unglert's loved ones can be seen engaging in a competitive battle of tug-of-war, and high-fiving each other after another game.

Unglert, 32, was photographed at one point getting on a bike while he appeared to race others.

He wore a purple tie-dye shirt and khaki shorts for the activities, with a beige handkerchief on his arm to signify his team.

The couple concluded the day of festivities with an Italian-style dinner.

“For the welcome dinner we wanted to incorporate a little bit of Italy, one of our favorite places we've been together,” Miller-Keyes explains. “The welcome dinner [was] very bright and colorful. We [had] one long table with all 75 guests to enjoy dinner.”

The dinner table was set under a gorgeous canopy of autumn trees and was designed with a white linen cloth and matching white chairs.

The plates appeared to have colorful fruit designs, along with an inscription, while the centerpieces were made up of yellow and white flowers.

For the evening events, Miller-Keyes and Unglert changed into chic outfits, with Miller-Keyes in a white silk long dress and matching white boater hat.

Her fiancé, for his part, wore a brown jacket with matching brown slacks and a brown cowboy hat, along with a white button-up shirt and tie, to match his bride-to-be.

"We both love the [Colorado] area, and it made it even more special," Miller-Keyes, who first met Unglert on Bachelor in Paradise in 2019, tells PEOPLE.

"We also wanted a way for everyone to be together all weekend, versus just for a night or two," she adds. "When we toured this venue, we immediately knew it was the one. Everyone has their own cabin and is staying on property.”
