Food and drink collaborations in the world of sneaker drops have become increasingly important. People love them! And what's not to love, really? They take inspiration from something you care deeply about (Donuts! Chips!) and put it on something you wear every single day: a shoe. If it shows a bit of your personality and a bit of nostalgia, then that's all the better. This week, that food-and-drink sneaker world is getting a little bigger: Adidas announced a partnership with 99-cent-famed drink brand, AriZona Iced Tea.

The tea is perfectly on display, too. The two companies took AriZona's signature print and coloring and put it on two of Adidas's signature shoes, the Yung 1 and Continentals. One of the colorways is the old-school, hot pink floral print on a foamy green background, and the other is a more abstract interpretation of the drink brand. It uses the same hot-pink-and-green combination, but displays it as stripes, zig-zags, and background color. It all comes together to create something loud that's rooted in familiarity. If you grew up drinking AriZonas, there's no better way to showcase your love.

Getting your hands on these will be expectedly difficult. Although the wide launch isn't until September, there's a chance to score them this week: Adidas and AriZona are launching a two-day pop-up store in New York City. The shoes will be available to shop there for, you guessed it, 99 cents. It's the iconic amount charged for an oversized can of the drink, which boasts its dollar amount on the outside of the can. Of course, the shoes used that as direct inspiration, sticking a similarly formatted 99-cent logo on the tongue of the shoe. If you're a longtime drinker of the tea—or just have a soft spot for nostalgia—these are a fun addition to any sneaker collection. Get 'em if you can.
