Busy Philipps likes to find time to soak.

The Mean Girls actress, 44, tells PEOPLE in last week's issue that her idea of a good night is taking a bubble bath.

"Well, I take baths regularly, almost nightly if I can," she says, adding, "I feel like it really helps me relax and reset."

For Philipps, Epsom salts and the right tunes are what make the perfect bath.

"I always use Epsom salts," she continues. "And then, sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I read and sometimes I just chill out."

When it comes to other guilty pleasures, Philipps confesses she's "obsessed" with Netflix's One Day series.

"My older daughter and I watched the entire thing basically in one night and then the next morning," she says of her 15-year-old child Birdie Leigh, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Marc Silverstein. The former spouses also share 10-year-old Cricket Pearl.

Philipps adds that she and Birdie "couldn't stop" watching the romantic drama: "We were obsessed with it, and then we spent the rest of the afternoon sobbing."

Despite enjoying emotional moments with her eldest, Philipps admits that she's not exempt from experiencing "mom brain."

"I think we all collectively have mom brain post-pandemic," says the Girls5Eva actress, adding, "I think the pandemic gave everybody a case of new mom brain. And now at this point, I don't think that it can be called mom brain anymore because I'm 44."

Instead, she says her "mom brain" is "more just like ADHD, forgetfulness, trying to do too many things at once. And then forgetting. . . . I thankfully am lucky enough to have an assistant now that helps me stay on top of it."
