The teams of Buddy Games Season 1 include Derby Squad, Chicago’s Finest, Team Pride, Team OK, Pageant Queens, and Philly Forever.

New episodes of Buddy Games typically come out every Thursday on CBS and on streaming the next day on Paramount Plus, starting September 14, 2023.
