BTS Star V Reveals How Some Fans Make Him Feel Uncomfortable
Kim Tae-hyung also known by his stage name as V, was born on December 30, 1995 in Seo District, Daegu, South Korea. He is a singer, record producer, songwriter and actor. In other words, V is the full package of the industry. The singer became a vocalist for a South Korean boy group called "BTS" and that has put him made him remain in the spotlight. V was bred in Geochang County with his two younger siblings and as a child, he always wanted to be a singer.
In middle school, his parents allowed his take saxophone lessons to help in building his love for music and after a successful audition in Daegu, he became a trainee for Big Hit Entertainment. In 2014, V graduated from Korean Arts High School and went on to study at the Global Cyber University. V has co-written, produced and released several songs with his boy band and recently, they won an award for Favorite Duo/Group Pop Rock at the AMAs 2019. Although the have been in the industry for a short time, the group is going places.
Aside from having a boy band life which is always in the spotlight, V still likes his privacy when he chooses to have it. Recently, the singer came out to talk about fans who were allegedly stalking him continuously and invading his privacy. The singer mentioned that some fans have shown how obsessed they are with him and the experience is getting scary for him.
One of the amazing things about pop stars is that they make fans feel like they are a part of their lives, but this does not mean that things can go out of hand from there.
It is true that pop idols have to carry their fans along in everything they do so that they do not feel neglected. However, what happens when some of these fans start acting funny?
The fans who take their love for a favorite actor to the next level are known as "Sasaeng" fans. These type of fans, can spend days and nights sleeping outside the home of their favorite star just to get a glimpse of him or her in their homes.
V complained about meeting Sasaeng fans everywhere he goes and his group has decided to indulge in private jets to avoid them. He mentioned that flying on a regular flight was no problem, but he had to do anything to avoid people who do not control their feelings around him.
It is natural for V and members of his group to want their privacy, because aside from being popular singers, they also want to lead normal lives like normal people.
