Bryson Tiller and Kendra Bailey Welcome First Daughter
After announcing their pregnancy just a few months ago, Bryson Tiller and Kendra Bailey have made the birth of their first daughter official. The announcement came on Instagram Monday, with Kendra posting an image of the baby's feet that gives fans just a tease at what she looks like.
Kendra announced her daughter's name in the caption to the post — Kelly Jade Tiller. Bryson also found a way to celebrate his daughter's birth on Instagram, revealing his excitement about his daughter's birth.
The singer posted a picture of himself holding his daughter on Instagram with the caption "Welcome home Kelly." Although the couple announced that they were having a baby back in September, there had been speculation ahead of that that Kendra was pregnant, as she was spotted out with what appeared to be a baby bump.
The couple has been dating for a little over a year, and Kelly will join Bryson's first daughter Harley, who he posts frequently on his Instagram account.
Because Kendra and Bryson have been dating for more than a year, he's started to playfully tease her about a proposal. After she posted a picture of herself on Instagram earlier this year, Bryson commented "12 likes and I'm proposing." Given the number of followers Kendra has, 12 likes is a pretty low bar.
While there's still no news on whether the couple is preparing for marriage, they now have a daughter that should keep them plenty busy in the meantime.
In a post on his Instagram story, Bryson remarked upon the importance of being a father for him. "Fatherhood is so important to me, more than anything," he wrote. "Thank you all for the positive messages guys it truly means the world. Wow Father of 2, gotta go twice as hard now."
Tiller's career as a musician dates back to his 2011 release of the mixtape "Killer Instinct Vol. 1." He released his latest album "True to Self" in 2017.
Bryson was clearly eagerly anticipating the arrival of his second child. He recently captioned a series of Instagram posts featuring Kendra posing nearly nude on the beach and made it clear how eager he was for the arrival of his new daughter.
"Almost that time … thank you @ro.lexx and @misha_japanwala for the creative magic ✨KB you look flawless 😍," he captioned the post. As hard as parenting always is, the two were clearly ready to undertake the next phase in their journey together.
