Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Bryce Dallas Howard and Orlando Bloom will star the new film Deep Cover.

Prime Video announced the U.K. original movie in a press release Thursday.

Deep Cover is an action comedy starring Howard, Bloom, Sean Bean, Nick Mohammed, Ian McShane, Paddy Considine and Sonoya Mizuno.

The film follows three improv actors, who are hired by police to help stage low-level stings.

"Their instinct to 'always say yes' without breaking character leads them deep inside the London criminal underworld," an official synopsis reads.

Deep Cover is based on an original script by Derek Connolly and Colin Trevorrow with British improv duo Ben Ashenden and Alexander Owen. The film is directed by Tom Kingsley and produced by Trevorrow, Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald.

"We're delighted to be bringing this new action comedy to our customers," Prime Video head of U.K. content Tushar Jindal said. "With an incredible cast, a top-class creative team, and a fantastic script we know it's going to be a hit."
