The couple, who wed in June 2022, welcomed a son, Crew Sims Koepka, on July 27, 2023.

"I love my Crew," Jen captioned a photo on Instagram of her and Koepka with their little bundle of joy.

Koepka and Sims announced their pregnancy on Instagram on the professional golfer's 33rd birthday in May 2023. Roughly two weeks later, on Mother's Day, they revealed the sex of their baby.

"I cannot wait to become a boy mom 🩵," the philanthropist wrote on Instagram alongside photos of the couple eating donuts filled with blue icing.

Koepka and Sims met at the 2015 Masters. But during a May 2019 interview with Golf Digest, the model said she and Koepka "almost never talk about golf."

However, the former Miss Teen USA does frequent most of her husband's golf tournaments. "I love being able to support Brooks and watch him because he's so talented," she said. "He'll say to me all the time: 'It must be so boring walking around in the crowd watching me play.' And I'm like, no way. I actually really enjoy it."

The Sharknado actress also added, "I think it's hilarious to be standing in the galleries watching Brooks and hearing what people say about him."

"We met at the 2015 Masters," Sims told Golf Digest in 2018. "We were on Hole 7, which I don't even remember, but he's like, 'Oh, I remember what you were wearing, where we were standing, everything.' It was cool … We were just friends at that point."

June 2017: Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims go public with their relationship at the U.S. Open

Sims and Koepka went public with their relationship at the U.S. Open in 2017, but an uncomfortable moment soured the big reveal. Announcer Joe Buck mistakenly identified Sims as Koepka's ex-girlfriend Becky Edwards on TV.

"My phone LIT up," Sims recalled to Golf Digest. "It was half like, 'Congratulations to Brooks!' And the other half were, 'Did you hear what happened?' And I was like, of course I did. It was immediate. I was like, 'It's okay,' life continues. We're just fine. It was an honest mistake."

To forget about the mishap and celebrate Koepka's big win, the pair hopped on a plane to Las Vegas. "For five days, we kinda escaped it. We were in our own little world in Vegas celebrating. So we didn't really have to experience what the media blew it up to be," she continued. "We were by the pool and the casino just hanging out, no worries about that at all. And Brooks ended up meeting Joe Buck. They're totally cool."

June 21, 2017: Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims go Instagram official

July 27, 2023: Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims welcome their first child

Koepka and Sims' son, Crew Sims Koepka, arrived six weeks early and just two days before the philanthropist was slated to have her baby shower.

"Crew Sims Koepka was ready for the world because he decided to break my water just 2 minutes after Brooks walked inside the house from the gym on Thursday, July 27th at 5:50 pm. 6 weeks ahead of my due date. Already showing who's boss," Sims wrote on Instagram.

Crew was breech, so the labor and delivery team decided to perform a C-section.

"He came out crying and breathing 🙏🏻 everything went well," she continued. "I seriously have never seen or felt so much love and felt more like a team than I have with Brooks throughout all of this."

Sims went on to share that Crew will remain in the NICU for "a little while longer" as he is still being fed through a tube.

"He's off oxygen (🙏🏻), breathing on his own, he is starting to take a bottle (in very small amounts) otherwise feeding through his nose. He is meeting tiny milestones every day!" she shared. "Leaving the hospital without your baby is something I wish on no one. It's the hardest thing we've ever done. We have been visiting him as much as possible, and know he's in the absolute best care."

October 19, 2023: Brooks Koepka enjoys date night with Jena Sims ahead of her Sports Illustrated announcement

"Mom & Dad" enjoyed a night out ahead of Sims' big announcement: being named one of the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue rookies.

Koepka had two special guests with him during the Par 3 Contest family day for the 2024 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. Koepka swung his son Crew in the air and even had him hold a mini golf club.
