Brooke Shields is starring opposite Cary Elwes in the new film "A Castle for Christmas." The actress told Access Hollywood she has so much to celebrate this holiday season, especially her health. 11 months ago, she broke her femur in a balance board accident. "I'm so happy to be alive. I got a staph infection, a blood clot – You name it, I got it," she said. Cary and Brooke also told Access they were huge fans of each other's early careers. "A Castle for Christmas" is streaming on Netflix now.
