Brittany Mahomes is treating her fans to a sweet new photo of her daughter Sterling.

On Friday, April 12, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, 28, shared a post on her Instagram Stories that featured a snapshot of the 3-year-old wearing a fuzzy pink sweater as she looked out onto a lake with some friends. A fish could be seen swimming along the surface of the water.

Brittany — who shares Sterling and son Bronze, 16 months, with her quarterback husband, also 28 — often shares the little moments she experiences with her kids on social media. Just last week, she posted a relatable parenting moment on her Instagram Stories of her son eating his first Oreo.

“Hey, did you just put that whole Oreo in your mouth?" Brittany asked her son in the cute clip.

“Say ahh,” she continued before Bronze turned and quickly trotted away with his mouth full.

“When you give a kid an Oreo for the first time,” the mother of two jokingly wrote of her son's snack across the video.

Mahomes also shared highlights from a fishing excursion with her kids last week, posting a series of photos on her Instagram Stories, including one that featured Sterling smiling at the camera as someone next to her held a fish.

Another showed Sterling looking over at the fish and smiling with her mom's arm wrapped around her. At the bottom of the photo, Brittany included another small image of Bronze reacting to a fish dangling in front of him.

"Yes, we went fishing in our PJs," she wrote on the picture, adding a laughing emoji.

Also last week, the mom of two posted sweet footage on her Instagram Stories of a “big day trip” she took with her children to celebrate their cousin's birthday.

In the first video shared, which she captioned, “Mama & Sterling day,” Brittany filmed her daughter as she sat on a private plane and tucked into a croissant as they made their way to their destination.

“Cheese! Big day trip with my girl,” she said from behind the camera.

Their trip destination was revealed in another photo, as Sterling stood outdoors at the Whitehouse City Park in Texas.

“Went to mama’s old stomping grounds today to celebrate her cousin🥺🤍,” the former soccer player wrote in the caption.

Brittany and Patrick have made their kids a big part of their public personas, too — Sterling and Bronze have been staples at their dad's games since birth. One month before the 2024 Super Bowl, Brittany told PEOPLE that her daughter "loves to watch her dad play football."

"She can finally kind of realize what's going on and where she's at, and she loves to watch her dad play football. She can see him from a mile away and pays attention and keeps up with what's going on with him," the proud mom said.

"[Sterling] truly enjoys going down to the field and getting to see him before the game. I think it's a very special moment wherever I get to bring them to the game and they get to watch their dad play football," Brittany continued.

"My daughter is getting a personality, so she is able to communicate a lot more things than she has, in the past, like how she's feeling. Seeing her blossom into a little girl who can express her emotions, that type of stuff has been the cutest thing in the world."
