The mother of two sent out a warning to women who have had kids

Brittany Mahomes is on injury reserve!

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is sharing an important message with her followers.

“Just a daily reminder,” the 28-year-old wrote over a Boomerang selfie video posted to her Instagram Story on Wednesday.

“Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” she added. Brittany signed the warning as “A girl with a fractured back.”

She and her Super Bowl-winning spouse, also 28, share two children together —  daughter Sterling Skye, who was born on Feb. 20, 2021, and their son, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, who arrived on Nov. 28, 2022.

“But vacaying with my homies will maybe make it better?” she quipped in the Instagram Story that followed,

The family has some extra free time now that football season is over.

The Chiefs came out victorious in their Feb. 11 Big Game against the San Francisco 49ers.

"Three Times," she captioned an Instagram carousel of her and the pro athlete holding the Vince Lombardi trophy together after the win.

In the upload, Patrick wore his NFL uniform and Brittany rocked a red strapless jumpsuit with the couple’s last name on her pant leg. She kept the support for her hubby going with a necklace that showed off his team number “15.”

A follow-up social media post saw the family of four on the field after the Las Vegas matchup. They were surrounded by Chiefs staff, Patrick’s teammates and event photographers as confetti fell from the stadium ceiling.

“This season was a special one!” Brittany wrote in the caption of the heartfelt post. “This guy never stopped believing in his team.”

Calling her husband “a true leader and a team player,” she added, “I will forever be in awe of you as a person and a football player! You my guy deserved this!!! I love you and am always and forever proud of you ❤️."

Once the gang was done at the Allegiant Stadium, they packed up and headed to Disneyland.

"The day after the Super Bowl Win, grind for Mom and Dad, best time ever for Sterling and Bronze 😂🤍✨," Brittany joked in her caption. "But would do it over and over again, so same time next year Dad?? ☺️"

To start the photos off, the family posed in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle.

Sterling, 3, wore a princess gown while her baby brother, 1, was dressed in a gray jogging suit set.

In between pics of the kids playing with bubbles and toys, the Mahomes family also snapped a couple of photos with Minnie Mouse.
