Brittany Bell is taking a minute to honor her journey into motherhood on Mother's Day.

On Sunday, May 12, the PhD student shared a Reel on her Instagram as she reflected on her path to becoming a mother to daughter Powerful Queen, 3, and sons Rise Messiah, 19 months, and Golden Sagon, 7, whom she shares with Nick Cannon.

In a Reel posted on her Instagram, Bell included video clips of herself pregnant and with her three kids, playing with them and giving them a kiss.

"Over 7 years and three precious chapters of motherhood ✨💜#mamagang #mothersday #myeverything my golden powerful rise of life," Bell wrote in her caption.

Cannon commented on the post, writing a sweet shoutout to Bell. "Watching you strive for greatness everyday is jaw dropping!! You are the cornerstone and foundation of such a strong and powerful household!"

"You make me better, you are the wisdom, the strength and the nurturer of our family! Super Mom indeed! Here’s to Dr. Bell, the most brilliant, intellectual, loving and virtuous woman on the planet! Such a wonderful and amazing Mother! Happy Mother’s Day! I love you!" Cannon wrote.

In September 2022, Cannon announced that he had welcomed his third child with Bell — and 10th child at the time, writing, "Time Stopped and This Happened… @missbbell ❤️😍🥰🌞 #Sunshine #SonRISE," beneath a video montage of he and Bell in a maternity shoot.

Cannon added in the post that Bell — the former Miss Arizona USA — "has taught me so much about parenting, psychology, spirituality, love and just life in general," adding that ahead of Rise's birth, "she didn't want a baby shower and needed NOTHING! All she desired was PRAYER from her authentic Loved Ones!"
