Britta Wilson Named Pixar’s VP Of Inclusion Strategies

Pixar has tapped Expedia executive Britta Wilson to serve as the studio’s newly-created Vice President of Inclusion Strategies. Effective October 17, Wilson will lead Pixar’s efforts to develop and nurture an inclusive workforce, reporting to Pixar President Jim Morris.

“At Pixar, it is critical to us to empower a wide variety of voices to shape the stories we tell to ensure that we produce vibrant, diverse, and meaningful films into the future,” said Morris in a statement. “We are extremely fortunate to have Britta’s experience, leadership, and vision to help guide us in achieving these goals.”

Prior to Pixar, Wilson served as Chief Inclusion Officer/Vice President, Inclusion Strategies at Expedia and brings with her a her nearly 30-year career in human resources. She’s held executive posts at Paramount Pictures and AON/Hewitt Associates, and began her career as a senior professional staffing rep at The Walt Disney Company. Wilson received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and her MBA and Ed.D from Pepperdine.
