Britney Spears Surprised by Her Sister Before Accepting Radio Disney Icon Award

Britney Spears was honored with the first-ever Icon award at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards over the weekend. The show took place on Saturday at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, and aired on the Disney Channel Sunday night. Before Britney accepted her Icon Award, the tribute started with some of today's young pop stars singing a few of Britney's classic hits. Country star, Kelsea Ballerini, who was a co-host of the show, hit the stage first, strumming her guitar and singing "Oops!... I Did It Again." Fellow co-host, Sofia Carson took everyone back to school with a performance of "...Baby One More Time," and Pitch Perfect 2 star, Hailee Steinfeld, turned the show into a circus with her performance of "Circus." Although, the most surprising moment of the night was when Britney's little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, hit the stage to sing "Till the World Ends." Britney was clearly surprised by her sister's appearance, and after the performance, Jamie Lynn then presented her big sister with the Icon Award. Britney thanked her fans, especially her two biggest fans, her sons. Britney said, "My two love of my lives, Jayden and Preston, my sons, you're the reason my heart beats, and I love you so much."
