Britney Spears is admitting she slipped up during her summer workout schedule, but she's getting back on track ASAP.
Britney posted a new workout video on Friday, letting fans know, "I gained 2 pounds," adding, "so I’m back at my gym lol!!!"
She's already got a cardio plan down, and says she will be doing an hour on the treadmill, twenty minutes of other cardio and then twenty minutes of yoga.
"I really don't like doing any of this ... but I kinda have to," Britney explained.
The pop star then filmed herself doing lunges, squats and hitting the treadmill while working up a sweat.
Along with her fitness routine, Britney shared some of her skincare routine ... explaining, " I love to steam my face ... well .... cause it feels so good so I do it! I’m a queen of habit and have been since I was a little girl.
She says that, "I almost do the same thing every day ... some things just don’t change!!!"
Her fitness and skincare regimens come days after Britney walked the red carpet for the first time with boyfriend, Sam Asghari, at the premiere of "Once Upon a Time In Hollywood."
Britney and Sam joined Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Quentin Tarantino and Margot Robbie at the event in Hollywood.
They also sparked some engagement rumors as Britney was rocking a pretty big diamond ring on her finger.
However, we're told she and Sam are not engaged ... and the bling was just costume jewelry for the event.
Still ... it's possible Britney is staying in tiptop shape, just in case her BF does pop the question.
