Fans of the pop princess are very concerned that she may be having some mental health issues.

Many of them showed their concern in the comment section of her video. "So troubling. Small, wounded child seeking love and meaningful attention. Trauma therapist needed," one person wrote.

Another person made it clear they are seriously concerned for her well being..."I seriously worry about her. She doesn’t seem “right”. Loved her back in the day, and still think she’s a sweet soul, but something is just off."

Someone added, "Britany, I love you! I’m coming from a place of love when I say this but your makeup is aging you and doesn’t look good. And please get rid of those hair extensions. Your a pretty girl show the world your real beauty!"

Fans Show Major Concern Over Video

Britney has struggled with mental illness and remains under a personal conservatorship. But, as you know, according to her team Britney spent time in a mental health facility recently after having a bad reaction to a change in her medications.

does she not realize how ridiculous she looks!? I don’t get it!

Interestingly, actress Selma Blair commented on the video with a bunch of yellow heart emojis and kisses.

The consensus on the video is similar to this person who said, "I am genuinely afraid, should we go get her?"

Checks Into Mental Health Facility

As we reported, earlier this year, Britney was hospitalized after having some serious mental health issues.

At the time, a source with direct knowledge of the situation told us, around the time Spears' and her team were negotiating her second Las Vegas residency, "Domination," it was apparent the singer's life was "out of control" and that she was in no position, to perform.

We're told Spears began to display behavior similar to that in 2008, when the pop star was committed to a psychiatric ward and eventually placed under a conservatorship.

The conservatorship ended up back in court after it was clear Britney's overall mental health had "deteriorated" to a dangerous level. As one source put it, at the time, if she did not enter a treatment facility or get major help right away, "she would be dead."

Remains Under A Conservatorship

After Britney's father, Jaimie Spears, was accused of child abuse against one of her kids -- changes were made to her conservatorship management. Britney's mom, Lynne Spears, arrived in Los Angeles to appear at several conservatorship hearing to ensure her daughter was being treated fairly.

In the end, she remained under the conservatorship, and it seemed the situation was under control. But, this latest video has many people worried about Britney's current mental state.
