Britney Spears seen on Easter Sunday with boyfriend Sam Asghari for first time since seeking treatment

Britney Spears is taking time for the holidays!

The 37-year-old singer was spotted over the holiday weekend for the first time since voluntarily checking into a mental health facility. Spears was photographed leaving the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills with boyfriend Sam Asghari, to spend the day celebrating Easter Sunday.

In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the singer opted for a spring time look, sporting a red floral sundress with Birkenstocks, while Asghari is seemingly protecting her from the cameras.

Britney is expected to complete a 30-day program.

Earlier in April, TMZ reported that the singer "has been distraught" over her father, Jamie's, health problems and is seeking treatment as a result. Another source revealed to People that "Britney just needed to focus on herself...Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her. He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He's not doing well. They're so close and it has been a lot. There is nothing dramatic going on with her -- she just realized she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself."

Just last week, fans started a #FreeBritney campaign that claim that Britney has actually been in the facility since mid-January and is there against her will.
