Britney Spears Poses Topless in New Photo Without Tattoos
Britney Spears is in incredible shape, y’all, and she’s been showing it off in numerous Instagram posts of her bikini body. Her latest pic, however — a stunning topless photo of her from behind — had people questioning whether this one was actually her.
In the topless photo, Spears shows off her amazingly toned back as she stands nude in front of a bathtub. Three ballet slipper emojis were the extent of the caption, perhaps implying that the pop star achieved this physique thanks to dancing. But Spears fans were quick to notice that something was missing from the photo: her back tattoos.

Spears has two tattoos — a fairy tattoo on her lower back and a Hebrew symbol on her neck — that fans are accustomed to seeing. While some supporters of the #FreeBritney movement just voiced their love for the singer, others questioned why Spears’ tattoos were missing and if this was even a photo of the star.

While we can see why this made people scratch their chins and say “hmmmm,” we’re not sure why anyone would leap to the idea that Spears posted a photo of someone else and pretended it was her. Do they think she hangs out naked in the bathroom with a body double on the regular? Come on, people.
Spears responded to the speculation in a follow-up Instagram post, sharing a meme that said, “While you’re talking behind my back, feel free to bend down and kiss my a**.” LOLZ.
Of course, the singer had a simple explanation for the missing tattoos.
“OK, so I edited out my tattoo on my neck cause I wanted to see what it would look like clean,” she captioned the post. “And yeah, I like it better so while you guys are talking behind my back go ahead and kiss my a**, haters!!!!!!”
Not everyone was satisfied, however, as some haters pointed out that Spears didn’t address why her lower back tattoo wasn’t visible. To them we say, who cares? With the ongoing battle over her conservatorship being an actual controversy, we think Britney would agree.
