Britney Spears is making it clear that she's worried her fans will forget about her while she's taking this much-needed time to herself.
The pop princess addressed her Britney Army on social media Friday, posting several photos during her tour and pleading, "I hope y’all haven’t forgotten about me!!"
Saying she's been working "nonstop" since her childhood, Britney said, "I’m taking this transition in my life to focus on what I really want."
She added, "Sometimes it’s good to stop and reflect," but made sure to tell her fans how appreciative she is of them.
"Miss you all ... I really do have the best fans in the world!!!"
It's been a while since Britney Spears' has stepped on the stage.
She pulled the plug on her "Domination" Las Vegas residency in January saying she needed to care for her father, Jamie Spears, who "almost died."
The Blast learned the canceled residency was just a smokescreen to distract people from the downward spiral the singer was experiencing and the fact she "just could not do" the residency.
Months later, Britney ended up in a mental health facility seeking treatment for issues related to her anxiety.
Her recent family drama can't be good for the superstar either.
As The Blast reported, her father was being investigated for child abuse against her oldest son last month after he allegedly broke down a door and began violently shaking his grandson.
Jamie's also been temporarily oust as Britney's conservator.
Her longtime employee Jodi Montgomery is now in charge of his daughter's daily life, as well as her professional career.
