Kevin went to filed a police report the following day and now, both his sons have been granted a restraining order against their grandfather.

Earlier this week, Jamie filed documents asking a judge to "temporarily relinquish the powers of conservatorship" because of "personal health reasons."

Conservatorship:

As The Blast first reported, those close to the conservatorship felt it was going to be difficult for Jamie to conduct daily business with Britney if there is clearly a turbulent relationship with her sons.

Jamie asked the court to appoint a temporary conservator to oversee the operation, and the documents show Britney does not object.
