Britney Spears is turning to fruits and veggies to help with ailments and weight loss, she shared with Instagram followers Tuesday.

"I just lost the 4 pounds that I've been wanting to lose," Spears, 37, told followers in a video with her toned abs exposed, "but now these are the fruits and vegetables that I eat to keep it all off."

In her post, which included a chart suggesting fruits and vegetables to help with different health challenges, the "Piece of Me" singer explained the maladies she's been dealing with.

"I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches," she revealed. "So this chart has helped me so much with those problems .... and my weight !!! Whoop whoop"

Spears showed off a slim figure last month, when she shared a mirror selfie that likely gave fans "…Baby One More Time" flashbacks.

The photo captured the singer rocking a plaid, high-waisted mini and a sleeveless, tied top baring her midriff.

Spears donned a similar look in the video for the track from her debut album of the same name released in 1999.

Spears has stayed busy on Instagram lately, posting shots and videos of her dance routines, workouts and pool hangouts, including a recent clip where she criticized rumors that she wasn't in charge of her own social media presence.

“For those of you who don’t think I post my own videos, I did this video yesterday," she told the camera. "So, you’re wrong. But I hope you like it.”

She also shared a graphic of a quote credited to Lupita Nyong'o, reading, "There's a separation between the public and the private. In the arena where I'm being desired, I'm absent."

These new videos represent Spears' latest efforts to control the media narrative that has swirled around her in recent months.

Following Spears' cancellation of her Las Vegas residency in January, she checked in and out of a wellness center, brought a restraining order against her supposed former manager Sam Lutfi and appeared in court alongside her parents, where a judge ordered an evaluation of her conservatorship.
