Britney Spears Claims Her Jewelry Has Been Stolen In Shocking Video

Pop star Britney Spears took to social media on Sunday to share the shocking news that most of her jewelry has been taken from her.

The "Toxic" singer shared a shocking video that featured her pulling open drawer after drawer on her jewelry box to show that they were all mostly empty. What happened to her jewelry, though, remains a mystery.

On Sunday night, Britney shared a video on Instagram that featured her taking out her jewelry boxes. Most of the drawers are empty, except for one drawer that contains an amulet that fans have seen her wear in past videos.

“So you can see for real all my jewelry was stolen … it’s hard to buy new now because I’m scared it will go missing,” she wrote in the caption. “So I buy it cheap and fake, but it’s hard because some of my pieces were originally made for me … and my baby cross that I wore since I was 4 is gone … it’s so thin.”

At this time, it remains unclear if the Princess of Pop filed a police report to try to find out what happened to her missing jewelry.

Britney Explains What She's Been Up To Over The Past Week

Two hours before she said that her jewelry had been stolen, the "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer shared another post on Instagram that explained everything that she had been up to over the past week or so.

"I’ve been sick for two months with a stupid cold … I had it before Mexico and I’m very nasally and congested in my nose, it sucks," she explained. "It went away when I first got back home, but came back yesterday … I got a Z-Pak and I’m hoping it goes away."

"I constantly feel a little tired like I want to go to sleep and things are fuzzy … so I started drinking coffee and it helps a bit but not much," she continued. "I realized I really like Burger King, but hated it when I was younger."

The "Circus" singer went on to write, "My favorite thing to do is to clean out drawers at the moment … I’ve bought stencils for my walls to create designs and accents, and I drew a really cool tropical tree in my room on the wall with a bird in a nest."

She also revealed that she is "on page 219 of my book 'Invisible'" and she got a new chef to cook in my kitchen."

She also addressed her health scare from earlier this month, adding, "I’m scared of the outside world because god forbid I break a foot and someone calls an ambulance so I don’t go out much."

Britney Bought New Furniture For Her Dog Snow

In August 2023, the Crossroads actress got a new dog named Snow. She revealed that she bought some new furniture for Snow's room, along with a few things for herself.

As Britney wrote, "I didn’t know Rosetta Stone was all languages, I thought it was just Spanish … I got new silk pajamas !!! I bought my dog, Snow, a baby pink lamp for her room !!! I got really cool, new baby blue satin heels … I’ve actually been consistent with my beauty routine !!! I stayed in bed all day and worked on my phone."

"I also watched a movie called 'Evil' and I actually did kind of pee myself when that black, scary character showed up," she went on. "I’m in my 40s and I still collect Hello Kitty and sleep with a teddy bear. I tried BBQ Doritos for the first time and I liked it !!!"

"I painted a picture of a flower with fire around it and my friend named it 'Beauty of Mystified Destruction' … I got a splinter in my butt sitting on my wooden picnic table outside eating my ahi tuna salad," she added.

She concluded her post by writing, "PS - A reminder to myself of how weird things are and what you find out about yourself with a serious cold…"
