Britney Spears Celebrates Son's Birthday Following Child Abuse Allegations Against Dad

Britney Spears is paying tribute to both her son's hours before her oldest child Jayden's 14th birthday.

This is the first time Britney's acknowledged Jayden or Sean on social media since authorities began investigating her father, Jamie Spears, for child abuse against her oldest son last month.

Message to Her Boys:

The "Gimmie More" singer shared an old photo of her boys with ex-husband Kevin Federline late Friday night.

"Oh how they’ve grown... Mamma loves you guys very very much!!!!" Britney wrote, adding, "May you get all your bday wishes and more."

The singer escaped to Hawaii after the alleged incident but said she was getting ready to wrap up the "much needed" vacation.

Saying her stay was "unbelievable," she appears to be heading back to Los Angeles just in time for Jayden's 14th birthday today.

Child Abuse Allegations:

As The Blast reported, her dad's being investigated for child abuse after he reportedly broke down a door at his home and "violently" shook her oldest son in August.

Britney's ex-husband, Kevin Federline, went to filed a police report the following day and now, both their sons have been granted restraining orders against their grandfather.

Conservatorship Latest:

The child abuse allegations aren't the only serious issues going on in Britney's life.

Following the reported incident, Jamie stepped down as the singer's conservator.

Replacing him is Jodi Montgomery, a woman who has been working with the singer for years.

Prior to the judge's decision, Jamie filed documents asking a judge to "temporarily relinquish the powers of conservatorship" because of "personal health reasons."
