Singer Britney Spears is definitely not feeling lonely amid her split from actor Sam Asghari!
Mere hours after the "Special Ops: Lioness" actor filed for divorce, Britney took to Instagram to announce her intentions to buy two horses that she wanted to name Sophie and Roar.
It's unclear if she has adopted those horses yet, but she did adopt an adorable new puppy named Snow!

On Wednesday afternoon, the "Hold Me Closer" singer took to Instagram to show off the "new edition" to her family: a puppy named Snow.
"Introducing Snow ... the new edition to the family ... it's her world and we just live in it !!!" she wrote in the caption, revealing that her new pet pooch is a girl.
It is unclear how long Britney has actually had Snow for. The 29-year-old actor filed for divorce on August 16, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
However, according to court documents obtained by The Blast, he listed July 28, 2023, as the date of separation.
Britney and Sam Settle Custody Of Their Five Dogs Amid Divorce
On Monday, photographs of Sam Asghari walking the couple's Doberman, Porsha, surfaced online, leading to concerns about who was getting custody of each dog.
Only a month after their September 2021 engagement, the actor surprised Britney with Porsha. “Surprised my fiancé [sic] with our newest member to the Family. Porsha,” he wrote in the caption of an Instagram video at the time. “Her name is Porsha and she’s meant to unconditionally love you,” he continued, adding that the dog would “be trained to protect you from any motherf***er that comes around you with bad intentions.”
A few months later, in February 2022, the couple went on vacation to Maui, Hawaii. While there, the "Break The Ice" singer fell in love with an Australian Shepherd puppy named Sawyer and his icy blue eyes.
“Geez …. Can you have two loves of your lives because he comes in second !!!! I’m introducing the new edition to my family … his name is Sawyer and he’s a white Australian shepherd with blue eyes !!!!!” she wrote in the caption of an Instagram post at the time.
“I found him in Maui like a dream and took him home with me immediately. It’s funny … he doesn’t talk back but it’s like he understands what I’m saying !!!” Britney wrote at the time. “I think he understands me, especially with those eyes … he makes my heart melt … he needs me and I like that !!!”
On Friday, a source told the Daily Mail that Britney didn't want to give up any of her dogs in the divorce. “Regarding [Britney and Sam’s shared] property, the most difficult part of dividing any assets will be their two dogs,” the insider told the outlet. “But Sam gave Porsha to Britney as a present and she was the one who wanted to adopt Sawyer when they were in Maui.”
In addition to Sawyer and Porscha, the source noted that Britney also had a Maltese pup named Lulu and a cat named Wendy.
On Tuesday afternoon, TMZ reported that the former couple had come to an agreement on how to divide custody of their five dogs. Sam reportedly obtained custody of their Doberman, Porsha, last week, and will keep custody of her full-time.
Although this disappointed some fans who pointed out that the Doberman pup had been a gift to the pop star, she will be allowed to keep four of her other dogs: her Australian Shepherd, Sawyer, her Yorkie, Hannah, her Maltese, Lulu, and another small dog. It is unclear if Snow, the dog that she finally introduced to Instagram a day later, was included in their custody agreement. The report also made no mention of Britney's cat.
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari met on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016. He popped the question in September 2021, only two months before a judge struck down her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021. The two tied the knot in a star-studded wedding ceremony in the backyard of her Thousand Oaks estate in Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately, there were reports of marital trouble soon after and the actor filed for divorce after fourteen months of marriage.
