Britney Spears Addresses Boyfriend Split On Stage at Las Vegas Show

confirmed to Billboard that the singer split with Lucado following an Aug. 28 tweet by her declaring, “Ahhhh the single life!”

The singer and Lucado had dated for more than a year, appearing in public shortly after Spears ended her engagement with Jason Trawick. Spears has two children, Sean and Jayden from her previous marriage with Kevin Federline.
