Brigitte Nielsen Lists Hollywood Hills Home (EXCLUSIVE)

Helmut Newton model turned fearsome action-pic actress and reality TV staple Brigitte Nielsen, briefly and tumultuously married in the mid-1980s to Sylvester Stallone, has a three-bedroom and two-bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills up for sale at a tetch under $1.25 million.

The Danish-born former Playboy model and “Red Sonja” actress, recently cast in the superhero-themed action series “Adi Shankar’s Gods and Secrets” and signed on to appear in the Lou Ferrigno Jr.-starring LGBTQ indie drama “Trapped,” purchased the slightly more than 1,500-square-foot house in late 2011 for $600,000.

A brick-paved and tropically planted entrance courtyard leads to two sets of French doors that open efficiently if inelegantly directly into a living room that features refinished honey blonde hardwood floors and a fireplace with money-green marble surround. A secondary lounge, just two steps down from the living room, is dominated by a much more contemporary raised-hearth fireplace faced with beige stone tiles.

A remodeled galley kitchen, with beadboard-fronted cabinets that give it a slight country-house vibe, opens at one end to a breakfast nook with built-in banquette seating and glass sliders to the backyard. One of the bedrooms, furnished as a den, has an en suite bathroom and is secluded atop the attached two-car garage. The other two bedrooms, one of them converted to a dressing room and the other used as the master bedroom, are on the main floor and share a renovated, spa-style hall bath with soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.

An enormous, multi-level deck runs the full width of the house and was designed for entertaining, with a tented lounge area, a ping-pong table and a semi-sunken spa set against a wall of fake grass.
