Briga Heelan and Rene Gube Expecting First Child

Briga Heelan is pregnant!

The Undateable star and her husband, fellow actor Rene Gube, are expecting their first child, the actress announced on Instagram Monday.

“Happy Halloween from the growing Gube family!!” Heelan, 29, captioned a photo of herself and Gube placing their hands over her baby belly.

“Next Halloween we will be covered in spit up and diapers … and we can’t wait,” she continued, adding three heart emojis.

Heelan and Gube, who were costars on the TBS series Ground Floor that ran for two seasons, were engaged in October 2014 and married in May 2015.

Gube has appeared on The Office and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and is a television writer as well. Heelan is known for her roles in Undateable, Ground Floor, Cougar Town and the Netflix series Love starring Gillian Jacobs.

The baby will be the first child for both actors.
