Brian Eno Announces Classic Album Reissues

Vinyl remasters of Here Come The Warm Jets, Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy), Another Green World, and Before and After Science

By Jazz Monroe.

Four Brian Eno LPs are set to be remastered and reissued on vinyl on August 4. Here Come The Warm Jets, Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy), Another Green World, and Before and After Science, all 1970s releases from Eno’s early solo career, will come out on limited double-LPs via UMC/Virgin EMI and Astralwerks in the United States. (They were transferred using the half-speed mastering technique, a press release notes.) Watch a trailer for the reissues below. Yesterday, Eno unveiled a new app he’d designed to accompany the Coldplay song “Hypnotise.” Check it out here.
