Brian Cage Wants To Face The Winner Of Swerve Strickland vs. Christian Cage

Brian Cage wants a shot at the gold.

On the May 8 episode of AEW Dynamite, Brian Cage and the Gates of Agony turned on AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland, and it was clear that Strickland’s challenger, Christian Cage, was behind it. Cage will face Strickland on the May 15 episode of AEW Dynamite.

In an interview with Adrian Hernandez, Brian Cage commented on AEW returning to Las Vegas for Double or Nothing weekend. He briefly previewed his match against Strickland.

“Now that we’re there again, back in Vegas at MGM Grand for Collision and Double or Nothing, which is gonna be stacked, and hopefully there will be something of Swerve for the other Cage to continue on,” Brian Cage said. “Then I’ll face the winner after that. But yeah, they’re both gonna be hot shows.

When asked about his potential relation to Christian Cage, given their last name, Brian Cage said, “You know, sometimes, us Cages gotta together. I’ll leave it at that.”
