Brett Rossi Says She's 'Scared' of Charlie Sheen After Filing Lawsuit: 'He Never Loved Me'

Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancee, Brett Rossi, opened up to ET on Friday about her lawsuit against the actor.

Rossi, who was engaged to Sheen for nine months in 2014, is suing the former Two and a Half Men star for assault, battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence, claiming the actor was "violent and abusive and uncontrollable" while abusing drugs and alcohol during the time the two were together.

"I'm tired of being scared," admitted Rossi, who is referred to by her given name, Scottine Ross, in the legal documents. "I'm scared of Charlie. I'm scared of the backlash."

In the lawsuit, the former adult film star alleges several instances of Sheen being "violent and abusive," including throwing her to the ground and brandishing an unloaded gun. She told ET that the 50-year-old actor's abuse was "a cycle," adding that Sheen would "throw me and lock me in rooms."

"I know he doesn't miss me. I know he doesn't regret anything and I know he blames it on me," Rossi told ET of her ex. "Most of all, I miss his kids, because his kids were my kids."

Sheen confirmed that he was HIV-positive on the Today show in November, and Rossi claims that the diagnosis was one of the reasons he forced her to get an abortion in March 2014, which she alleges in the suit.

"He was worried that his child would become HIV-positive," Rossi told ET. "I think he worried more about his secret than anything else."

Rossi, who is HIV-negative, alleges in the suit that the two had sex "on at least five occasions" before she found Sheen's HIV medication and confronted the actor, who, according to the lawsuit, later "admitted to [Ross] that he was HIV-positive."

"If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred," the suit claims.

"I still think I miss what we could have had," Rossi told ET. "But at the end of the day, he's an addict. He only loves himself, he never loved me."

Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer, has denied all of Rossi's claims on his client's behalf.

"Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Brett Rossi aka Scottine Ross. Numerous witnesses will dispute each and every claim made by Ms. Rossi," Singer said in a statement to ET. "We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and also will recover significant damages against her in connection with a pending arbitration that was commenced months ago."
