Brett Goldstein Reveals Why He Stared At Jason Sudeikis During His Emmy Awards Speech

At the 2022 Emmy Awards, "Ted Lasso" star Brett Goldstein won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for the second year in a row. When Access Hollywood's Scott Evans asked him if he made eye contact with anyone during his speech, he said he caught co-star and "Ted Lasso" co-creator Jason Sudeikis' line of sight. "I looked straight at Jason, cause you know, I owe him my… existence – he's my dad," Brett joked. He added on a touching note, "I don't take any of this for granted. It's truly– I'm from Sutton.
