BREAKING: Travis Dye commits to USC Trojans

That one certainly hurts… quite a bit.

On Friday afternoon, former Oregon Ducks running back Travis Dye announced that he will be transferring to the USC Trojans where he will look to finish his college career.

Dye said earlier in the offseason that he would be entering the transfer portal and weighing his options, also considering a jump to the NFL ranks and staying in the 2022 draft.

Dye’s move to USC might come as a shock to Oregon fans, who will now have to watch one of the most decorated running backs in Oregon history play in the Los Angeles area for the Trojans. Dye finishes his career at No. 5 on the all-time career-rushing list for the Ducks, and is one of only 5 players in Oregon history to rush for more than 3,000 career yards.
