Breaking Down Drake’s ‘For All the Dogs’ Features and Producers, From SZA to Bad Bunny (but No Nicki Minaj)

Albums, mixtapes, singles, soundtrack songs, collaborations, features, one of the biggest concert tours of the year — it seems like there’s barely a moment of the day when Drake isn’t adding to his sprawling discography, which, with the release of “For All the Dogs” at 6 a.m. ET today, has grown to nine full-length albums since 2010 — four in just over two years — seven mixtapes since 2006, and so much more.

They’re always long AF too, clocking in at an hour or much more, and with 23 songs spanning almost 85 minutes, “Dogs” is no exception. It’s going to take a minute for our reviewer to absorb, so in the meantime, here’s a look at the features, songwriters and producers, which range from a peak of 13 credited writers on one song (on “Rich Baby Dadd”) to just Drake on several others.

They’re also always loaded with features, and this one doesn’t disappoint either: SZA, Bad Bunny, 21 Savage, J Cole, Chief Keef, Sexyy Red, Yeat and several appearances (both rapping and producing) by Lil Yachty. Frank Ocean is credited on the opener “Virginia Beach,” but it seems to be a spoken-word sample.

However, some fans were up in arms over the absence of Drake’s longtime friend and former Young Money labelmate Nicki Minaj, who he had said in July would be on the album. (Maybe they’re saving it for a deluxe edition, or even her forthcoming “Pink Friday 2” album?)
