How Brandon Sklenar Met His Girlfriend, Courtney Salviolo

Brandon Sklenar, the actor who plays Spencer Dutton in the Yellowstone prequel 1923, is not married. Although he doesn't yet have a wife, Sklenar does have a girlfriend named Courtney Salviolo, according to People.

Salviolo says on her Instagram page that she is a "personal trainer and wellness coach."

Sklenar met his girlfriend on the dating app Hinge, according to Entertainment Tonight.

He told ET that they started dating "right when Covid happened."

⁠⁠"I actually met my partner on a dating app. I didn't have Facebook. I wasn't a phone app guy," he told ET.⁠⁠ "It was right when Covid happened... How am I going to meet somebody? I was like, 'Oh I'll get on this...' I think it was Hinge."⁠

Sklenar, who also starred in the movie It Ends With Us opposite Blake Lively, told Forbes that he values his home life with his partner.

"Well, it’s funny - I had actually just finished filming the first part of 1923. It was very intense and I was away from home for about five months. It was the first time I had done something like that, where I was gone for that long," he told Forbes. 

"It was really jarring because we were in Africa, so you’re 9-11 hours ahead and you can’t really communicate with anybody and we shot six days a week. I’m eternally grateful for it for the rest of my life, but it was emotionally challenging," he told Forbes. "I’m a homebody - I love to be home with my partner and my dog and my house. The irony is I have a job that takes me everywhere, which I love, too. It’s a weird dichotomy"

He said it was "important to me to be at home and re-establish my connection to home and everything."

Sklenar's girlfriend's Instagram page called The Uncommon Balance mostly showcases her fitness efforts. She did post a picture with her dog, writing, "This little guy has been my lifeline for the past 10+ years. When I started experiencing chronic pain I felt defeated and lost. Remy stuck right by my side through every pain spell. I will forever recommend an animal for added support during a healing process, or lifestyle transition. Dogs not only give you unconditional love, but they get you moving!"

Sklenar keeps his personal life off his Instagram page.

The pair have appeared on the red carpet together periodically.
