Brandon Davis Makes Plea Deal in DUI Case and Avoids Jail Again

Hollywood heir Brandon Davis is mastering the art of the plea deal – we’ve learned he just dodged jail in his DUI arrest.
We’re told Davis, aka Greasy Bear, pled no contest to a DUI charge for his single car wreck last October. As we reported, his blood alcohol level that night was almost twice the legal limit.

The heir to the Marvin Davis fortune was facing up to 6 months in jail, but got off with 36 months probation, 10 days community labor and 6 months in an alcohol treatment program.
He’s previously pled guilty to felony coke possession and no contest to a battery charge in 2011. He skated with a drug diversion program.
