Things are getting heated in the feud between former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville and 'Bravo' boss Andy Cohen.

Following a sexual harassment claim made by Glanville against her former boss, Andy Cohen, the latter apologized, noting that he was "joking" but admitted that his comments were "inappropriate."

Now, in a scathing response, Glanville's lawyers, Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, have slammed Cohen, arguing that he should be fired for allegedly sexually harassing the reality TV star.

Cohen's public apology and response to Glanville's claims of being sexually harassed seem to have added fuel to the fire, as the reality TV star's lawyers insist that what the Bravo boss did constitutes "sexual harassment" and is not just a "joke."

"Any boss who is clearly inebriated encouraging their employee by FaceTime video to watch their boss have sex with another employee, constitutes sexual harassment, plain and simple, under any definition, even one concocted by NBC," Glanville's lawyers wrote.

They continued, "Why is Andy Cohen getting a pass? Any other supervisor at Comcast/NBC who engaged in this behavior would be fired immediately on the spot. It is no excuse to say that this was a joke. NBC has mistakenly given Andy too much power across their network."

The lawyers went on to state that Cohen "is a man who hosts reunions across several cities in the franchise, producing and starring in his own show to promote these vehicles, hosting a juggernaut conference monetizing the "Bravosphere" on the backs of women and is the capo running this reality machine. NBC has clearly decided that he is too big to fail."

Concluding their message, the lawyers emphasized that the CEO of Comcast, Brian Roberts, needs to step in and fire Cohen.

"NBC has learned nothing from the cover-up at NBC NEWS. Just like Matt Lauer, Andy Cohen is now part of the cover-up. NBC continues to protect those in power. Brian Roberts, it's time to step in like you did with Andy Lack and Jeff Shell, and stop the cover-up and do the right thing. Your legacy and decency demand it," Freedman and Geragos added.

In her first letter, Glanville claimed that an allegedly "inebriated" Cohen told her he would sleep with another Bravo star while "thinking" of her. She stated that due to Cohen being her boss, it made her feel "trapped" as he had complete control "over her career."

The letter read in part, "Worse still, Ms. Glanville herself has been a victim of sexual harassment at Bravo by none other than Andy Cohen. In a video sent by Mr. Cohen to Ms. Glanville in 2022, Mr. Cohen—appearing obviously inebriated—boasted of his intention to sleep with another Bravo star that night while thinking of her and invited her to watch via Facetime."

Her legal team noted, "Mr. Cohen was Ms. Glanville's boss at the time and exercised complete and total control over her career. This was an extraordinary abuse of power that left Ms. Glanville feeling trapped and disgusted. It is inconceivable that Mr. Cohen remains in his post in spite of this behavior and harkens back to the bad old days of Matt Lauer and NBC News when profits were prioritized over people."

Shortly after the news of Glanville's sexual harassment claim made headlines, Cohen took to social media to clear the air.

He wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that what transpired between him, Glanville, and Kate Chastain, a Bravo star, was all a "joke." However, Cohen noted that it was "inappropriate" for him to make such a joke and apologized.

"The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi's response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize," Cohen said.

Glanville's grievances stem from sexual assault allegations made against her by her former co-star, Caroline Manzo, over events that occurred during the filming of the show, "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip."
