Tom Brady has retired – again – and while he’s unquestionably the GOAT, there’s another title he held in the 2022 season as the NFL’s oldest active player.
While Patrick Mahomes may never catch Brady’s record seven Super Bowl wins, someone has to take over his spot as the NFL’s oldest player.
So who holds the honor? In what’s a little bit of a surprise, it’s not a quarterback, kicker or punter – although special teams players and quarterbacks make up eight of the NFL’s 10 oldest active players.
For those curious, we’ve also included the oldest players at the other positions that didn’t crack the top 10 as well as who the NFL's oldest active coach is.
