Amid Cooper’s Maestro promotional tour, he has reportedly bought a home in the New Hope, Pennsylvania area, very close to Hadid’s mother’s horse farm, according to Page Six. Yolanda Foster owns a $4 million property that Hadid often visits with her daughter, Khai, 3, from her relationship with Zayn Malik. This real estate news lines up with a prior source who revealed to the media outlet, “Their relationship is on steroids. It’s getting serious very quickly.”
Cooper’s interest in the area might have been inspired by the romantic vacation they took in October. The duo stopped by River House at Odette’s rooftop bar, where the Hadids, including siblings Bella and Anwar are frequent guests. The membership and hotel-guest-only club offers quite a bit of privacy for the two celebrities. “Gigi is great. She is getting to know Bradley outside of the city. They take weekend trips together,” the insider said. “She has fun. She likes that he is a dad, too,” a source shared with People after their visit.
Cooper and Hadid will now have their own love nest to enjoy and won’t constantly be staying with her mom. The home purchase also makes sense for the Oscar-nominated actor since he is from the Philadelphia area and has kept close ties to the state, inducing his new cheesesteak food truck, Danny & Coop’s. With a romantic retreat only 70 miles away from their homebase in Manhattan, Cooper and Hadid sure feel like they are in a nesting phase.
