Brad Falchuk isn’t ruling out a Glee remake.

The TV producer, 52, who co-created the series with Ryan Murphy, has admitted that he’d “never say no” to a return to the show.

“I’m sure everything is always on the table, but is there a way to tell that story in a more modern way?” he told The Hollywood Reporter in a new interview published Wednesday.

“So much of what Glee was about was really this transition from an old way of looking at representation to a new way,” he continued to the outlet. “I’d never say no, but I wonder what the point would be — except it’d be a moneymaker.”

Falchuk also opened up about what he learned from working on the musical comedy, which ran from 2009 to 2015, and the highs and lows of working on the show.

“None of us were prepared for that level of success. I was younger, it was a little overwhelming, and a lot of us got caught up in our egos,” he explained to THR. “There was a feeling of scarcity. We were writing about high school, so it’s very hard not to regress a little. It was a crucible. At the same time, we had so much fun and everyone got along so well. Things went to hell, and then everyone got along again. It was chaotic.”

“I’d never want to go back there, and then I’ll think, ‘Gosh, I’d love to go back there,’ ” he continued. “But the biggest learning from that show? Taking the ego out of everything and being an adult.”

Along with the huge success that came from the Fox series, Falchuk also has the show to thank for his love story with his now wife, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Falchuk first met Paltrow, 51, in 2010 when she appeared on the show as substitute teacher Holly Holliday. The Oscar winner went on to star in five episodes of the series.

Of their initial connection, Falchuk told Harper's Bazaar in 2020, "She's stunning and she's charming and she's completely disarming. We had similar enough backgrounds — a little bit Jewish, a little bit East Coast, her dad was a TV producer — and so we just sort of developed this really lovely friendship."
