Angelina Jolie finally showed a sign that she is in on the "Angelina's right leg" meme that dominated Oscar coverage in 2012. During Saturday's Oscar rehearsals at the Dolby Theatre, Jolie finished up her portion with a joke before she left the stage. "And then I go like this," she laughed, thrusting her leg forward to reference the moment she dramatically popped a right leg through the high slit of her Atelier Versace gown while presenting an award two years ago. Somewhere, @AngiesRightLeg must be applauding (er, stomping) in appreciation.

In addition to the Twitter accounts that immediately sprang up after the original move went viral, countless photos were devoted to Jolie's interrupting leg. She leg-bombed scenes like the moon landing and The Last Supper. Even other Oscar winners couldn't resist referencing it immediately afterwards. "Honestly, as soon as I saw her pose like that, I was like, 'I'm going to do that,'" said actor Jim Rash, who mimicked the leg thrust while accepting an award for "The Descendants" screenplay.

At the time, articles asked, "Will Angelina Jolie's Right Leg Moment Impact Her Career?" Red carpet police like Joan Rivers said Jolie "took herself right out of that superstar category because you now realize she stands in front of a mirror to figure out [what she looks like]."

Up until this point, Jolie never showed whether she had a sense of humor about the whole thing. When asked about it, she gave a vague response. "I honestly didn't pay attention to it," she told The Huffington Post. "I don't watch those TV shows and if I go online and see something about myself, I don't click on it. And the people I surround myself with don't really talk about that kind of stuff. I hear something, but I didn't pay any attention. It's as simple as being a woman picking a dress you like and having a night, and not really thinking about anything else." Her latest move at Oscar rehearsals clarifies her response: Jolie saw it, and she found it at least a little entertaining.

After she left the rehearsal stage, she shared a little more about what she's learned about award show preparation (and why she wore four-inch spiked heels with her sweatshirt and leggings on Saturday). "I used to wear flip-flops. But when you do this enough, you learn to wear the shoes you are going to present in," she told student filmmakers, adding that it went well. "I didn't fall in a hole."
